Bio:
Gerard graduated from University College Dublin with an honours BArch degree and was joint winner of the Bruce Shortt Memorial Prize for best design project in 2005. Since then he has built up substantial experience running large and prestigious projects in design lead practices, including Howley Hayes Architects, Paul Arnold Architects, BKD Architects, BCDH Architects and Dublin Design Studio up to 2013 when he joined Extend. He became a full member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland in 2007 and an associated director in Extend in 2018.
